Unboxing Video — Required for Approval

Begin filming before opening, showing the sealed parcel and shipping label clearly.
Open on camera; show the outer box condition and each item from multiple angles.
If a manufacturing defect or transit damage is visible, we’ll approve a replacement immediately.
If not obvious, we may request a short follow-up clip or photos to diagnose quickly.
Report and share your video within 48 hours of delivery.

What isn’t covered

No returns or refunds for any reason.
Damage after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
Custom builds / special orders unless damaged on arrival.
Items without a proper unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and the issue clearly.

Can I change my address after ordering?＋
