We’re excited to get your Lauska products to you! Standard shipping across India is always free. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Delhivery tracking link at the email you used during checkout so you can follow its journey.
Standard shipping within India is included on every Lauska product — no extra fee at checkout.
Order confirmation email within 24 hours. Orders ship in 1–2 business days (custom builds may take 2–4 extra days).
Optional express delivery within India is available for ₹149. Exact ETAs are shown at checkout.

Replacements Available
- Replacements are available for transit damage or manufacturing defects only.
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share a clear unboxing video.
- Email help@lauska.shop with your Order ID (LS-####) and the unboxing video link.
Unboxing Video — Required for Approval
- Begin filming before opening, showing the sealed parcel and shipping label clearly.
- Open on camera; show the outer box condition and each item from multiple angles.
- If a manufacturing defect or transit damage is visible, we’ll approve a replacement immediately.
- If not obvious, we may request a short follow-up clip or photos to diagnose quickly.
- Report and share your video within 48 hours of delivery.
What isn’t covered
- No returns or refunds for any reason.
- Damage after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
- Custom builds / special orders unless damaged on arrival.
- Items without a proper unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and the issue clearly.
